Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@settlefitness.com If approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Please note that return shipping is not covered, and items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect.
Provide clear photos of both the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds are issued once your returned item has been received and approved. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within up to 5 business days.
Please note that a valid proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
Warranty
All products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if goods fail to meet these guarantees
All products sold by Settle Fitness Pty Ltd are backed by our comprehensive 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, providing coverage against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use—covering essential components such as frames, motors, and electronics where applicable. This warranty activates from the date of purchase (proof required, e.g., invoice) and entitles you to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, subject to inspection confirming a manufacturing fault; it excludes damage from misuse, improper assembly, commercial use, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
